Chef started SheWolf in Midtown Detroit in 2017. He started by inviting friends and neighbors into his apartment for small intimate dinners that focused on the complexity of modern Roman cuisine. At SheWolf you will find that our primary focus is contemporary Italian cuisine that is inspired by old Rome. You might be surprised to find that our menu is less about red sauce and more about fresh vegetables and pasta made from hand milled flour. Our wine list is thoughtful and sophisticated and very Italian. Our food is Chef driven and inspired by the modern metropolis that Rome is today. Chef wants you to know that modern Italian cuisine is vibrant, seasonal and will excite you beyond measure.
