The Mercato team uses the following safety precautions
Staff is not allowed on-site if they are symptomatic or ill.
Staff is required to have their temperature checked at the beginning of each shift.
Staff washes their hands frequently and are required to wear gloves on-site.
We are limiting the number of on-site staff and all workstations are 6 feet apart.
Staff is required to wear face masks when interacting with the public.
Sanitary wipes are available at the pickup window for guest use.
The restaurant is disinfected and sterilized frequently every day.
The restaurant is professionally sanitized weekly by a CDC-approved company.

You’ll receive a phone call from us to confirm your order and process payment.
Collect your order from our front window at your designated pick up time with zero-contact.
What is the pick-up process?
Please arrive during your confirmed pick-up time. If you are picking up from the window, you are required to stand at least 6 feet away from guests. We have taped off these distances on our sidewalk for your convenience. ID required to pickup alcoholic beverages. To reduce contact, orders must be paid prior to pickup. If you’d like to add optional gratuity, we ask that it is added at the time the order is placed.
Can I order regular menu items a la carte?
Due to the extreme volume that we are experiencing, we are only offering our limited Mercato menu. The Mercato menu is designed to allow our community to either stock up on products or feed several people with one order. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we will be back as soon as possible, serving up your favorite regular menu items in our dining room and bar!
How do I prepare the food I order?
We’re glad you asked! Here are Chef Anthony’s cooking instructions for all house-made items on the Mercato Menu.
Can I stay in my car?
Absolutely! If you’d like to stay in your car for pickup, please include that request in your order email, as well as the model and color of the car you’ll be arriving in. We ask that you please pull up to one of the parking spots in front of the red awning and open your trunk for us.
How often will the Mercato menu change?
The Mercato menu will change every few days in order to provide a variety of options while minimizing waste. As products become available to our Chef team, daily features may be offered, as well. Follow us on Instagram and make sure that you’re on our email list to see features.
When will SheWolf Pastificio & Bar be open again?
As soon as the government deems it safe for us to be open to the public, we are ready to host and serve you. And we can’t wait!
Will you deliver my order?
At this time, we are not offering deliveries. If this is important to you, we ask that you please send an email to email@example.com and let us know to which city you’re requesting deliveries be offered as we are constantly working on improving our process.
Can I modify items on the Mercato menu?
All items are being prepared in large volume, so modifications cannot be accommodated. Don’t hesitate to inquire when sending in your order, or to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions. We will reply in a timely manner.
